Introduction to Dance

This class will cover the basics of ballet, jazz, modern, and tap. With knowledge of these four styles, performers will find that their movement on stage becomes easier and more fluid.

Dance Aerobics
This upbeat movement class will keep you energized and always dancing. Using simple dance moves, you can keep yourself fit and moving at any age.
Morning "Yoga"
Morning "Yoga" will keep you limber, relaxed, and ready to face your day. You will move through slow stretches to wake your body up, and breathing exercises to energize you for your day.
Bedtime "Yoga"
Gentle stretching and relaxation exercises ease tired and sore muscles to get you ready for a good night's sleep.
Stretching Class
This class is appropriate for all ages and levels of flexibility. Individual and group stretches help keep you strong and healthy, while allowing you to work according to your own body's own needs.
