School Policies
PRIVATE LESSONS
♪ Lessons are committed to on a month by month basis.
♪ Students will be given one half hour lesson per week. Additional lesson time can be arranged on an individual basis.
♪ Lessons will be given at the Mannington Music School.
♪ Please arrive a few minutes ahead of time. Lessons are scheduled back to back and start on the hour and half hour.
GROUP CLASSES
♪ Classes are committed to on a month by month basis.
♪ Late registration will be accepted, even for cumulative classes.
♪ Classes meet for one hour per week, unless otherwise noted.
♪ Classes will be taught at the Mannington Music School.
♪ Please arrive a few minutes ahead of time. Classes are scheduled back to back.
TUITION AND FEES
♪ Monthly tuition is due at the last lesson of the previous month. Payments are accepted in the form of check or cash.
♪ Families with 3 private lessons/group classes per week will receive a 5% discount off their monthly tuition.
♪ Families with 4 or more private lessons/group classes per week will receive a 10% discount off their monthly tuition.
♪ Monthly tuition is as follows:

♪ There will be a $10 late fee charged for late payment.
♪ There will be a $15 fee for returned checks.
♪ There is a yearly registration fee of $20/student, or $30/family.
CANCELLATION AND MAKE UP POLICY
♪ Private lessons canceled with at least 3 days notice may be rescheduled depending on the availability of the studio and your teacher.
♪ Lessons canceled with more than 24 hour notice will be made up at the end of the quarter.
♪ Every quarter, there is a month where there are 5 lessons instead of 4. If you missed a lesson that could not be rescheduled, this will be your make-up lesson. If you did not miss any lessons, you will receive a free lesson.
♪ If you are late for your lesson, your teacher will wait for 10 minutes past your scheduled start time. After that, it will be assumed that you are not coming and you will forfeit your lesson. Your teacher is then allowed to take their next student, or leave if you are the last lesson of the night. Please call ahead if you know you are running late to reserve the rest of your lesson time.
♪ Unscheduled absences must be paid in full, and will not be made up. Your teacher is paid whether you show up or not.
